Lots of ways to use these

I’ve had these for a while now and they’ve taken up many more jobs than standing up my toothbrushes! I got the black and white marble ones and I’m very happy with the patterning on the marble, and they’re super smooth. For ten dollars these are great. The little holders are heavy enough for my regular manual toothbrushes just on their own but if you’re having some difficulties balancing them maybe putting a little silicone dot on the bottom might help to give it a little more grip on your countertop?

I used to have ceramic toothbrush holders in this style from Japan but I think they’ve been lost to moving :/ those were nice but they were a lot more expensive and even some other ceramic ones I’ve seen sold since are way more than five dollars each.

Unfortunately for these we switched to using electric toothbrushes not long after I got them. But really they’re just a tiny stone cup so with that in mind I was able to find a few some creative ways to repurpose them.

The inside is about 1” deep and around 3/4” diameter and I have some skinny candles that fit in perfectly, you can see in my picture. I also use a black gel pen for the majority of my pen work at my desk and having just the one I’m using out of the pen cup with everything else has made it a bit simpler to get started writing or sketching. And since the pen needs to be stored pointing downwards this has given it a better home than just setting it down next to my notebook, which of course lets it get the opportunity to run away off my desk.

I’ve also found that the heads of the electric toothbrushes we use do fit, it looks kind of funny but the point of using these is to give them somewhere stable to dry off and also keep out of contact from other wet and icky bathroom surfaces so it’s absolutely still serving the same purpose just with a slightly different looking toothbrush. I have a little razor stick for my eyebrows and I can get quite a few dozen uses out of it so I make sure to clean it well before and after. Then I set the handle into the little cup and it keeps it upright and then I can put its blade guard cap on and store it away until next time. Oh another thing these came in handy for was helping to weigh down some fabric that I was pinning to cut out.

The cups are easy to wipe clean, I would suggest just using water and also getting the inside especially when it’s not in use so it doesn’t get gunky in there over time. Toothpaste splashes wipe off easily. I don’t have hard water here but if you need some more aggressive cleaner for your water just check to see if it’s compatible with your kind of stone because not all of them are.

Since I’ve found more than a few uses for these now I’m thinking of getting more because there’s just so many uses and they look really cute too!

These marble toothbrush holders are so unique! They are very small but perfectly counterbalance the toothbrush. The marble is smooth and nicely finished, and look beautiful on my bathroom vanity. Now I need a prettier toothbrush to make better use of the display! Such a fun and elegant way to update something so functional.

High End like

I received this product free of charge. I received 2 quality toothbrush stands made of what appears to be real stone. They hold the toothbrush nicely although mine tips a little due to the extra room for larger toothbrushes. No big deal for me as I didn’t expect it to sit straight up. And the packaging…was like Fort Knox - well packaged, took some skilled scissor work to get the box and styrofoam packaging apart but that’s cool too because the packaging ensures no broken pieces during shipping. I recommend this product.
